Heather Luing Topics

Heather Luing, MD, is a triple board-certified psychiatrist in General Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. She earned her medical degree and completed both residency and fellowship at the University of Florida. Dr. Luing serves as Chief Medical Officer at the Florida Center for TMS in St. Augustine, where she specializes in Interventional Psychiatry. She serves as a Principal Investigator at St. Johns Center for Clinical Research, conducting clinical research on a wide range of psychiatric treatments. She is on medical staff at University of Florida at Flagler Hospital, mentors psychiatry residents from HCA Orange Park, and travels nationally as a speaker and educator.
